Downtown Loft

In this historic landmark building we were able to reconfigure the existing kitchen layout to add more cabinets and counterspace along with a new island. The old lighting plan was inadequate, so we installed new LED recessed lights. We converted a bathroom's tub into a walk-in shower using large marble tiles with recessed soap niche and grab bars.
