Mission District Facade Restoration

 

This classic Mission District cottage had been covered in composite tiles. Discovering the excellent condition of the original wood siding on removal of the composite tiles covering them, we restored the missing molding around the cornice and windows and also opened the entry vestibule back to original dimensions. The front stairs were a teardown and complete rebuild including a custom newel post at the bottom of the handrail.
