The States St project began as a condo conversion including the complete replacement of this building’s southern façade. Materials were sourced to remain in keeping with the original design while incorporating up to date building practices to ensure longevity.

 

For the interior scope of work JBB, working closely with the architect and engineer, modified the structure to accommodate a new stairwell linking two formally separate living spaces.
